Signet user roles

Signet has two user roles: access user and power user.

• Access user: Views, records, and verifies payments on behalf of their business. Once granted business access, sees and can act on all current and future contracts.
• Power user: Has all access user permissions, plus: receives the initial email notification when a payment is recorded to their business; adds and removes users from the business; promotes a user to power user or demotes a power user to access user.
