Contractor Reference

Contracts page

The Contracts page displays every contract you're associated with in Signet. It's the first page you see when you log in, and the Contracts link in the breadcrumb trail returns you to it from anywhere in the service.

Each contract preview shows:

  • The project name and contract number
  • The number and total dollar amount of payments received on the contract
  • The number of payments in New and In progress status
  • The number of late payments 

Fields and controls on this page:

  • Search: Find contracts by keyword by entering all or part of a contract name, ID, or project description.
  • Filter
    • Active is the default and shows all in-progress contracts.
    • Inactive contracts are contracts that have been closed. Inactive contracts are available for 90 days. You can still export all contract data during that time.
    • Late payments shows only active contracts where a payment’s due date has passed.
  • Sort by: Choose Contract ID or Project number to sort the contracts in alphanumeric order. Use the 
  • Star icon: Mark a contract as a favorite.
  • Only show favorites toggle: Filter the list to favorited contracts.
  • Contract ID link: Open the contract's dashboard.
  • Three-dot menu: Choose View details or Export contract. See [Manage contract exports].
  • Export button: Export all contracts at once. See [Manage contract exports].

Contract dashboard

Selecting a contract from the Contracts page opens its dashboard—a high-level view of all payments that are new, in progress, or completed.

  • Recent payments tab: Shows all payments in New, In progress, and Completed phases. See [View and filter payments].
  • Payment history tab: Shows a list of all payments made on the contract, including amount received, date received, estimate number, and payment status. See [View and filter payments].
  • Settings tab: Shows notification preferences (see Email notifications for full configuration) and contract access.
    • The Notifications section lists your business's members with access to this contract; 
    • The Access section lists other businesses with access to this contract.
