Contract [Contract ID] has a status of 'Archived' and cannot be sent to Signet. | The Signet service can’t import contracts that have been archived in the AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights & Labor module. Remove this contract from the export, and try again. |
Contract [Contract ID] has a status of 'Closed' and cannot be sent to Signet. | The Signet service can’t import contracts that have been closed in the AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights & Labor module. Remove this contract from the export, and try again. |
For ODOT users only: | |
In contract [Contract ID], the same email is being used by multiple users (User IDs: [User 1], [User 2], ...). These users will not receive this contract in the Signet service until this is resolved. | Multiple AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights & Labor users have been assigned the same email address. Users' email addresses need to be unique. Update the addresses in the AASHTOWare Project Civil Rights & Labor module, and try again. |
Contract [Contract ID] could not be exported into the Signet service due to a configuration issue with the prime contractor account. |
Typically this error occurs when there are no users associated with the prime contractor that have a valid email address, associated directory, contract authority, signing authority, and the contractor subpayment role in the AASHTOWare Civil Rights & Labor module Confirm that at least one user associated with the prime contractor has been configured with an email address, associated directory, contract and signing authority, and the contractor subpayment role, and try again. |
